Regarding the inquiry made through the contact form addressed to Leadenhall Insurance S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Domaniewska 42, 02-672 Warsaw, registered in the entrepreneurs' register of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000340229 (hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "Data Controller"), we inform you that we process your personal data, in particular by collecting, recording, organizing, storing, retrieving, reviewing, and using it for the purposes indicated in this notice.

Purposes and legal basis for processing your personal data. The legal basis is the necessity of processing data to respond to the correspondence received and the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, namely to ensure the security of teleinformation systems (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Obligation to provide data. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent us from responding to the correspondence received.

Recipients of personal data. In connection with the purpose of processing your personal data, they may be disclosed to: (1) public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes resulting from legal provisions; (2) data processors acting on behalf of the Company, involved in performing activities, including providing technical services, handling correspondence, archiving documents, developing and maintaining IT systems.

Data retention period. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to handle the correspondence and the statutory requirement to retain data or the legally justified interest of the Company.

Your rights. In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the following rights: (1) the right to access your data and obtain a copy thereof; (2) the right to rectify (correct) your data; (3) the right to restrict or object to the processing of data, provided that separate provisions may exclude the possibility of exercising this right; (4) the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Transfer of data outside the EEA. As a rule, your personal data is not transferred to recipients in countries outside the European Economic Area.

Automated processing of your personal data. Your personal data will not be subject to automated processing (including profiling) by us.
